Free delivery to the UK and the EU
Delivery is free of charge to the United Kingdom and to every European Union country. No minimum order, no surcharge at checkout.
Ordering from the United Kingdom? Please read this first.
Your music box travels from Italy, so UK import charges are not included in the price you pay here, and free delivery does not cover them. When your parcel arrives, the courier collects import VAT at 20% of the order value, plus a clearance fee of around £12, before handing it over. Customs duty may also apply. These charges are set by HMRC and the carrier, not by us, and there is no way for us to collect them in advance. We would rather you knew now than at your front door.
Dispatch & delivery times
Every order is prepared and packed by hand and leaves the workshop within 2 working days. Delivery then takes around 4 working days within Italy, 4 to 8 working days to the United Kingdom, and up to 10 working days elsewhere.

We ship worldwide from Italy. Every order is dispatched and invoiced by Art Decor Suites S.r.l.
Shipping costs outside the UK and the EU
For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the order value — the latter so your music box travels fully insured. You'll always see the exact cost before you confirm your order.
Packaging
Every music box is wrapped by hand and double-boxed to travel safely — the same care that goes into making it.
Tracking
As soon as your music box is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.
Customs & duties outside the EU
For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the local authorities and paid by the recipient. They are not included in the price or in the shipping cost.
