Your right to return

As a consumer, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just let us know at info@ercolano.it, quoting your order number, within those 14 days — a short message is enough.

How to return

Once you've told us, send the music box back within 14 days, complete and in its original condition and packaging. Please return it to:

Ercolano srl — Returns, Via San Renato 17, 80067 Sorrento (NA), Italy.

Return postage is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as each box travels at your risk until it reaches us safely.

Your refund

Once we've received the box back — or you've shown proof that it's on its way — we'll refund what you paid for it, including the standard outbound delivery cost, to your original payment method, within 14 days.

Damaged in transit

If your box arrives damaged, please contact us straight away at info@ercolano.it with a few photos. We'll arrange a replacement where one is available, or issue a full refund.

Faulty or not as described

Separately from the right of return, every purchase is covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years. If something isn't as it should be, write to us and we'll put it right as provided by law. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
