Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Italy. Every order is dispatched and invoiced by Art Decor Suites S.r.l.

Free shipping within the EU

Delivery is free of charge to all European Union countries.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery then takes around 4 working days within Italy and up to 10 working days for international orders, depending on destination.

Shipping costs outside the EU

For destinations outside the European Union, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the order value — the latter so your music box travels fully insured. You'll always see the exact cost before you confirm your order.

Packaging

Every music box is wrapped by hand and double-boxed to travel safely — the same care that goes into making it.

Tracking

As soon as your music box is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Customs & duties

For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are set by local authorities and paid by the recipient. They are not included in the price or shipping cost.
